T. Randall Saunders - President, Chief Executive Officer, Secretary and Director

Mr. Saunders has been the President, Chief Executive Officer, Secretary and a director of Bonaparte since its incorporation in July 2007, and was the Chief Financial Officer until October 2009. Since June 1995, Mr. Saunders has been the President of Otway Investments Inc., a private British Columbia investment company wholly-owned by Mr. Saunders that provides corporate finance and business/risk analysis services for various national and international clients and manages both private and public investments. In addition to Mr. Saunders' involvement with Bonaparte and Otway Investments, Mr. Saunders is also a director of several public companies. In particular, Mr. Saunders became a director of Ross River Minerals Inc. (TSX-V: RRM) in June 2008 and has also been a director of Croydon Mercantile Corp. since June 1999. From 1987 to 1995, Mr. Saunders was an associate of Gilmour McKay Roberts Consulting Ltd., a Vancouver-based management consulting company, where he was involved in the preparation of business plans, feasibility studies and technical reports. Mr. Saunders obtained a Bachelors Degree in Commerce from the University of British Columbia in 1981.

Robert Jamieson, CA – Chief Financial Officer and Director

Mr. Jamieson has been a director of Bonaparte since July 2007 and its Chief Financial Officer since October 2009. In addition, Mr. Jamieson has been an active chartered accountant in British Columbia since 1977 and has been a self-employed chartered accountant in British Columbia for 31 years. He is the Chief Financial Officer and a director of Harbour Pacific Minerals Inc. (a reporting issuer in Alberta) and the President and a director of Croydon Mercantile Corp. (a reporting issuer in British Columbia). Since April 2007, Mr. Jamieson has been a director of Ross River Minerals Inc. (TSX-V: RRM). Mr. Jamieson obtained a Licentiate in Accounting from the University of British Columbia in 1973 and a Bachelors of Commerce (Finance) from the University of British Columbia in 1972.

Richard Drechsler, BSc - Director

Mr. Drechsler obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in astrophysics from the University of British Columbia in 2007. He has worked in the mining industry since 2005. His experience consists of two seasons with Highland Valley Copper and four seasons with Archer, Cathro & Associates (1981) Limited as a geological field assistant/camp manager. He is currently with Strategic Metals Ltd. in its corporate/investor relations department.

William Pettigrew - Director

Mr. Pettigrew has been a director of Bonaparte since August 2007. Since 1983 Mr. Pettigrew has been a co-founder and a key executive in several start-up public companies. His expertise is in the organization, funding and administration of public companies both on the TSX, TSX-V and NASDAQ. He has been involved with the acquisition and funding of mineral projects in Canada, United States, Venezuela and Ghana. Mr. Pettigrew has been the President of Einra Capital Corp. since March 1997 and the Chief Financial Officer, Corporate Secretary and a director of AMI Resources Inc. since 1993.

Matthew Turner - Director

Mr. Turner became a director of Bonaparte in March 2010. He is the Chief Executive Officer of Rockhaven Resources Limited (TSX-V: RK) and a project geologist with Archer, Cathro & Associates (1981) Limited. Both Rockhaven Resources and Archer, Cathro are actively involved in mineral exploration in the Yukon. Mr. Turner obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Earth and Ocean Science (Specialization Geology) from the University of British Columbia in 2002. He has been involved in mineral exploration since 1997 and has supervised fieldwork at Rockhaven's wholly-owned Plata Project. Mr. Turner has managed and participated in numerous exploration projects throughout western Canada, focusing mainly on precious metal vein, IOCG and diamond deposits.
